Marty Khatib is a Imaging Director for CHW's Mercy San Juan Medical Center and the functional lead for the 4 hospital based Radiology departments in Sacramento.
Marty is a graduate of the Radiologic Technology program at Los Angeles City College. He completed his undergraduate studies majoring in Health Science at California State University, Northridge, and went on to earn his law degree with emphasis on Health and Business Law from Roger Williams University.
Marty has 24 years experience in Imaging and has directed organizational change initiatives to transform operations by developing and applying evidence based best practices to different aspects of radiology operations.
As a result, Imaging departments have been able to achieve breakthrough levels of performance that deliver outstanding quality, revenue, savings, patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and business results.
