Despite the challenging  economic times, Houston-based Digisonics, a provider of imaging management and reporting software for cardiovascular and OB/GYN, has posted an impressive milestone—a 93% contract renewal rate for 2009.

The reason is simple, according to company president Diana McSherry: Digisonics listens to its customers and gives them what they need.

Customers who renew their annual Prima Support contracts are provided with software upgrades and release notes, customer support in both clinical and IT areas, consultation and troubleshooting on system level issues, as well as assistance with site configuration changes.

Digisonics has more than 2,000 clients in hospitals, clinics, private offices, and research sites throughout the world.
