The Vue RIS from Carestream (Rochester, NY) is one of the first RIS platforms to be certified as both a complete EHR for eligible providers and an EHR module for hospitals. The complete EHR certification means that imaging centers, radiologists, orthopedists, and other eligible professionals with a Vue RIS do not need to purchase an EMR to capture and report data required to satisfy Stage 1 requirements.
